Precision starts here – in the heart of one of Switzerland's leading shooting ranges.
Our Pistol Basic course gives you the solid foundation for safe, controlled, and accurate shooting. Whether it’s your first time holding a pistol or you’re reinforcing your fundamentals – this is where you learn the right way.
At your side are instructors who make sure every training session moves you forward. People who not only know their craft inside out but also guide you with clear explanations, targeted tips, and a trained eye for detail to help you improve step by step.
You will learn:
- Essential safety and legal foundations for sport shooting.
- Confident handling of the pistol from start to finish.
- The five core principles: stance, position, aiming process, breathing, trigger control.
- Technical insights on pistol types, sights, and ammunition.
- Practical exercises with immediate, individual feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Participation according to Swiss firearms law – certain nationalities excluded per Art. 12 WV / Art. 7 WG (see our T&Cs).
- For new customers: provide a criminal record extract (max. 3 months old) or weapons aquisition permit copy (max. 2 years old), liability insurance copy, official photo ID on course day.
Bring:
- Your own pistol/revolver or rent one on site.
- Approx. 100 rounds of 9 mm NONTOX ammunition (available to purchase on site).
- Hearing and eye protection (available on site).
Why this course?
Because you won’t just learn to shoot – you’ll bring out the very best in yourself, step by step. And once this foundation is in place, you can progress to our Pistol Intermediate course and then take your skills even further with Pistol Advanced.
